Mal Aria or Mal Legacy: Bush Delayed Cancer Report?

Seven years ago living in these areas greatly increased the chances that you would get cancer.
Some are cities, many are dirty uncleaned-up super-fund EPA sites.

The actual 2002 EPA report:

Seven years can do so much for Cancer. Let us just wait seven years to do something about cancer causing air pollution? Was that an actual thought? If George W. or his family are diagnosed with anything would he wait seven years to treat it? Dear God what was this "Christian" man thinking? Pogo was so so right.

I wonder, 3000 people died in the 9/11 attack and we waged war over it. But 1800 died in Katrina and we said "Good job Brownie". But by doing something we are in more danger than when we do nothing. Wouldn't it be just cheaper to always do nothing? Or is that just a Bush or a Republican cause and effect? Naw.
