drlobojo is not a doctor, nor is he a wolf, although he has been called a cur on occasion, nor is he a jo which is Scottish for sweetheart having never been called that to his recollection. He is a pre-Atomic (born before the first bomb blast in New Mexico), a boy off of the Red River of Oklahoma, son of a share cropper, and poor white trash at that.

NIMBY-NIMBY-NIMBY-NIMBY For six years or more Aberdeen, Washington has had a "Homeless Problem".
Aberdeen, WA: "The Washington State courts have repeatedly upheld that government must take the “least restrictive” approach to religious organizations that claim a mandate to serve and care for the poor. What that has meant in practice is that local municipalities have set 90 day caps on durations that churches are allowed to host tent cities on their property....So the city gives people outside here a date they have to move by, let’s not ask where they should move to, the city seems to think that that is not their problem, even when confronted by the fact that the support systems available are inadequate to handle the volume of unemployed and underemployed people in the town."
What we may be looking at is the beginning of the new refugee problem compounding a local homeless problem (Oh yeah, how do you know that?) Word is that is beginning to be seen all along the Washington and Oregon Coast and I-5 corridor. This is in addition to the upswing of homes being sold to California residents. But the refuge of Washington and Oregon is ill perceived. Their drought has produced a larger deficit of available water than it has for Southern California. The difference is in the density of the population being served. If refugees want a stable world to survive in, go East of the Mississippi River. This is why America needed planning for these possibilities a decade ago. Instead we stuck our political heads in the sand and now all we can say is NIMBY,..NIMBY...NIMBY

Recent VA propaganda
Recent VA propag
When shit doesn't add up........
390,000 veterans of all wars are currently receiving VA benefits for PTSD. Wow that's sure a lot isn't it? Well let's see, there's about 1.6 million vets from Iraq and Afghanistan and another 500 thousand from Desert Storm and roughly 800 thousand left alive from the in-country Vietnam War. That's 2.9 million live vets and only 390,000 vets awarded PTSD disability. Only 13.4 % are getting VA benefits for PTSD.
Well then why does The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs estimate that PTSD afflicts: Almost 31 percent of Vietnam veterans. As many as 10 percent of Gulf War (Desert Storm) veterans. 11 percent of veterans of the war in Afghanistan (Iraq not included)....I'll bet you the recent percentages are low, people are still in service and are not counted.... but then it only pays 13.4%? Hey and guess what they are worried about happening FRAUD! No not under-serving veterans needs but that a few might get what they don't deserve. All I have to say is that DARPA better develop those robots and drone fighters before the next war in Iran.anda is
The Army etc. believes
that they have cured many with PTSD from our last wars.
Cured PTSD is not eligible for benefits. Personally I think curing PTSD is like curing a paraplegic. Prosthesis are required in both instances. That's not curing. PTSD re-occurs....that's a fact....notice the Nam percentage, that from older guys who reach their 60's and wham shit happens. Ah what the hell two decades of procrastination and the Nam guys will all be gone and the VA will have no problem.

The Great American Divide
If the Great American Divide can be overcome it will take an outside threat not intrinsically political in nature to do so. The hatred is so great only fear of mutual destruction could ever reunite us. The message here is typical of those that see Democrats as criminal and Republicans as martyred saints. We are letting our radicals jerk us back and forth.
Donald Trump States: If Hillary Clinton Were Republican, ‘She’d Already Be in Jail’
If Hillary Clinton were a Republican, she would "already be in jail" over the issues surrounding her use of a private email server, presidential candidate Donald Trump said Thursday, and it will probably take a Republican president to be elected to make her face charges.
"Had there not been a [Gen. David] Petraeus, and you know, the catastrophic events that happened around him, it would be a different story," Trump, who is at the top of most major national polls, told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" program. "If this were a Republican, somebody would already be indicted."
Clinton's decision to use a private server, said Trump, is "very serious" and "probably criminal. I think almost you could say, almost certainly criminal. And it looks to me like she's not going to be prosecuted. And that's only because the prosecutors are Democrats."
